Pickup & Delivery Policy

At Reset Mama Co., we believe support should feel dependable, simple, and stress-free. To help keep service smooth and consistent for every home we serve, please review our pickup and delivery guidelines.

Service Area

Reset Mama Co. currently serves Las Cruces, New Mexico & select surrounding areas, divided into delivery zones:

Zone 1 (Core): Free delivery
Zone 2 (Extended): $10 delivery fee
Zone 3 (Outer): $16 delivery fee

If you're unsure which zone your address falls into, please reach out before booking. Homes outside our standard service zones may still be accommodated for an additional route fee.

Reset Mama operates on thoughtfully scheduled reset days to provide dependable, high-quality service.

Pickup Expectations

To help keep routes running smoothly:

Laundry should be securely bagged and ready before the pickup window begins
Please include any requested hangers, specialty instructions, or care notes at pickup
Pets should be secured when possible during pickup/drop-off

Missed Pickups & Deliveries

We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Missed pickups or deliveries without 24 hour notice may be subject to a $10 route fee to help cover travel time and transportation costs.

Turnaround Time

Most resets are completed within 2–3 days based on scheduled pickup and delivery routes.

Typical turnaround:

Thurs–Sun order → Monday pickup → Wednesday delivery
Mon–Wed order → Thursday pickup → Saturday delivery

Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on load size, holidays, weather, or unexpected circumstances.

Need It Back Sooner? Front of the Line Processing

For extra-full weeks, last-minute plans, travel, sickness, or simply needing help faster, front of the line processing may be available for an additional fee.

Priority turnaround (when available): Same-day or next-day processing based on schedule capacity
Front of the Line Processing Fee: +$20 (subject to availability)

Because Reset Mama operates on scheduled routes, priority requests cannot always be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Weather Delays

The safety of our families comes first. In the event of severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, illness, or unexpected emergencies, pickup and delivery schedules may shift. If delays occur, customers will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled for the next available route.
