Comforters, large blankets, and similar bulky items that require their own wash cycle count as one load each, even if they don’t physically fit inside a 13 gallon bag.
Items that cannot be safely processed in our equipment may not be eligible for service.
No weighing. No complicated packages. Just count your loads.
Need a little extra care?
Standard laundering is included in your $25 per load price. Laundry requiring additional products, treatment, or processing may require an additional service.
Optional or additional services may include:
Stain treatment
Scent beads
Laundry sanitizer
Specialty detergent or product requests
Additional treatment or processing
Expedited or front of line processing
Please tell us about known stains or special care needs when placing your order. Laundry requiring treatment beyond a standard wash may be subject to the applicable add on charge.
Please note: Stain treatment does not guarantee complete stain removal. We’ll treat eligible stains with reasonable care, but some stains may be permanent or may not be safely treatable for the fabric.
